John has done several projects (gutters, soffits etc.) for me. His prices are fair and he is prompt. Would highly recommend him.

John came out and gave me an estimate. After reviewing it I thought he made a mistake. It was by far cheaper than his competitors. He came out showed me the gutters caps and explained how they were going to be installed. His staff was clean and professional and did some extras for free. My problem is now solved and I look forward to not having to clean my gutters again.

Alrighty… Well after looking around trying to find Someone Local, I found Him and he came out in a timely matter and presented him bid… He took over a week to get here and showed up with two workers… did not go over anything that was described on the Bid… He put the New gutter drain Right next to a tenants Car; which they dropped a tool on and did not tell me until I looked and found while seeing all the debris left in my yard from them cleaning the gutters and leaving the Dreck in the landscaping… He fixed the car Free of charge I believe but after a winter of chipping Ice from the drain left less than 3 feet from the tenants car, I called him to Fix the problem… i. e to move the drain to where I wanted it about 10 feet from the corner… he rang he bell and I come to see that he has moved the extended drain pipe OVER the side walk and said that the only solution is to leave it there and have 2 tenants walk over the 4 inch pipe… I said“I do not think that is Safe Or right…” he says that he will give me a length of drain longer to put the waste in the yard but I would have to Dig a hole for it… and he does not Do Concrete work so if I do that he will drop off the Hose…
I know this is a bit long in the tooth but I want EVERYONE to know that this man and business do not go together… He thinks that his way is the only way and that is the end of it…
SO if you want it done fast and with no questions asked you can have him… personally I would rather have gotten my butt up the ladder and tried my self…
