very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable salesman — Mike Miller. great deal on a 36 month lease! during the tour of service and parts, employees were very friendly and confidently answered my questions.

Being a customer who doesn’t have great cedit nor make alot of money, I figured I would try here due to the lower retail prices for the KIA auto line. I was greeted by a friendy saleman whom I explained my dire situation to. He went to work immediatly without a sigh or a groan all the while making me feel like my business was appreciated even if he wasn’t going to get a high commission. Ryan Joy made me feel human, presented no pressure to buy an extended warranty. One problem I did have is that a certified KIA I had expressed interest in and started the application process on was sold from under me after I left for the night. The certifed vehicle had already been sold however the salesman did not put a sold sign on it and the original purchhasers came in as I walked out for delivery of the vehicle. Ryan immediatly callled and let mme know the whole situation. Although it seems alittle shady I do beleive it was a mistake. Lisa from finance worked hard getting me approved which proved difficult with the paystubs my employer provided, however they did not give up or ignore me for a customer that would have been a better sale. I will shop here again, I hate liars and didn’t perceieve that at all here.

The service department at Kia of Lansing is awesome! My daughter moved from California to Lansing, MI to attend Michigan State University for graduate school. They took great care of her and her Sportage. Thanks to the whole crew, especially Keith and Jeremy! You gave us great peace of mind knowing she was on great hands!

I randomly went into Kia of Lansing, not quite knowing what to expect being a brand new car first time buyer. Mando Orta was AWESOME! He was so helpful and helped me get financed, in and out in a few hours. I will be a repeat customer!

Armando Orta is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He knows his stuff when it comes to Kia and cars in general. He explained the warranties so that I could fully understand them. I will definitely recommend family and friends! If you have any obstacle that may come your way during your car buying experience he will work around it and get you in a car. I highly suggest if your looking for a new car, you come and talk to Mando. He made me feel comfortable and stress free! I will definitely be going back to Kia and Mando for our next car! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My son just bought a 2011 chevy malibu here, they were very helpful… We were in and out in an hour or so… super nice. no pressure.Car was washed and fuel was full. thnx guys.

I bought a used car from this dealership for $ 9,000. After 5 days of driving it, the engine started giving me huge problems. I spent over a thousand dollars in repairs with no help from the dealership.
I also found garbage and food crumbs in the back seats and crevices of the car.
The salesman who sold me my car has yet to send me the second set of keys to my car. He didn’t respond to my email.
