Mancino’s

Always blown away by how good this food is for something so simple. Every sub I’ve ever gotten from here is amazing! They even deliver. I highly recommend the chicken cordon blue sub.

I stop by here once in awhile for a hot veggie grinder (wish they would be more generous with the cheese). The service is always so nice and speedy. I really like the people here and am happy to be a customer. I now live near the Frandor area so I look forward to ordering for delivery and trying the pizzas!

We dine here once a month and it is consistently good.
I can see why most reviewers think the pizza is just ok. However, I disagree. I think this pizza has a very distinct flavor profile. The crust is always a perfect medium between chewy and firm. The sauce is just right. You can taste all of the different herbs, and none overpower the palette.
The Sicilian grinder is delicious. The bread is crispy and chewy at the same time.
This is affordable, delicious, and a great value.

This pizza is okay. It’s not the best not the worst. However, for $ 5.99 it’s worth it! I really like their sandwiches. They always have good deals too. I would suggest trying those!
The reason I return is for the service and the owner. He is very nice and really cares. I feel better spending my money here then any other place.

just ok

It was just okay. We went hoping it was affiliated with the Mancino’s on West Saginaw. Nope. It was not bad, but it was NOT the Mancino’s I know and love.

Its been ages since I’ve been to Frandor area. But once in a blue moon I visit the area when I come to visit my parents. My Dad wanted to take My Wife and I to some mexican eatery but we drove around and couldn’t find the place he was thinking of.
We swung by this tiny hole in the wall Italian place called Mancino’s… Its unlike any of the other Mancino’s I’ve been too that sells Grinders. Apparently this Mancino’s is a different family.
Any way we wanted some decent lunch without breaking the bank…
We opted for the Large Pizza special for $ 10. It was thin crust with extra sauce, Pepperoni, Green Pepper, Mushrooms, Black Olives, and Onions.
We all bought fountain pops too. It did not take long for the order to be cooked. When it was ready it was Hot Fresh and Smelled good… The Crust had a home made texture to it with Herbs baked right in, exactly how I do it at home. Even though it was a thin crust it held the toppings very well. The sauce was amazingly light and fresh. I could taste the tomato and basil very strong. There was plenty of sauce underneath.
The toppings were delicious to. I was thinking we got all this for $ 10!!! It was such a great deal. The place was not very busy. One worker ran the show behind the counter. While 3 other Mancino employees were in the corner of the restaurant having some sort of business meeting.
Overall next time I get back to Frandor I am definitely stopping by and buying a couple of these large specials to go.
