This location always forgets straws, give you the wrong drink. The worst was when I got a ten price nugget, except for the 10^th nugget was replaced with a chicken tender because they ran out. How do you run out of nuggets?! And why do you not ask before you give it to me if I’m ok with that exchange?! I won’t go to that location, info out of my way to go elsewhere.

By far the worst drive-thru experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. It took nearly 15 minutes to get a couple of breakfast burritos in the morning. When I ordered, they had to ask me what my order was at each window (which is odd because I know they have a computer system for that). We wasted a lot of gas staying warm in the car while waiting for our food to be brought out.
I’m glad I don’t live close to this one because it’s definitely a disaster.
