Owner (Shawn Denny) offered the best pricing, and quickest response. Straight forward, pleasant, efficient, respectful, clean, professional crew (DJ and Joe) came in and completed work that exceeded my expectations, (we’ve all been there; being taken advantage of by contractors that respond to questions like you’re asking for their soc sec number, go to «lunch» for a few hours while charging an hourly rate, and leave your space a mess). The Miteff plumbers showed up on time, were respectful of me and my home, answered all my questions and left me with solid, well installed, sparkling new bathroom fixtures. The price was well below the estimates I had gotten from three other plumbing contractors in Lansing. One of those other contractors I have hired in the past, and not only the pricing, but the attitude, cleanliness and efficiency in which Miteff operated was a night and day difference. I won’t be hiring any other plumbers but Miteff from now on. I recommended them to my sister when her water heater needed to be replaced, and a friend that was replacing an old tub with a shower unit. Both of them were as pleased as I was.
