Jessica is a fantastic groomer. She is gentle and patient. She listens attentively to grooming instructions and does her best to do what is asked. Her scheduling is pretty flexible, and she communicates effectively via text and phone. She has groomed two of our standard poodles, one a senior citizen rescue and then a young puppy. Both dogs are happy to visit her, and my puppy has learned all about how to behave for grooming.
