On The Spot Engraving

The owner Don’t is the worst «business man» I have ever met! Simply asked him if he could embroider 2 towels that were going to be graduation gifts for my niece & you would’ve thought I was bothering him! What a total jerk! I had told him exactly what I had wanted to have done (simply put 3 letters on the bottom of 2 towels) and had to literally show him how to do the work all the while his smart ass remarks were less than professional — HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Man needs to retire not only from the business but the general public as my «service» was bothering him. After making sure that the inch sized monogram was NOT what I wanted and asked for it to be at least 3″ his response was, «No, it’s on the computer!» (With a roll of his eyes) When I did pick up the towels the font I chose WAS only an inch tall – and his response to me after I told him I wasn’t happy was, «I didn’t change the font.» I said why & he walked off. Never did he offer to refund my money (as he made me pay in FULL UN ADVANCE) and never apologized for the obvious mistake. Totally worthless.

one of the worst experiance ive ever had at a business… refused to do any work for me because they said it was inpossibleto do… and also refused to do any engraving… isnt the name of the place called on the spot engraving… went up the street to the trophy shop and put a name plate on my beer tap handle… turned out nice… will not recomend and will go out the way to tell others to not go!
