Sleepy’s Mattress Firm is not a place you want to do business with, they promise one thing and DO NOT back it up. The corporate office customer service are jerks!!!
Purchased a temperpedic it was uncomfortable so asked for exchange that went ok but even that was not working. Called to return and get money back as we were told we could we could well now all of a sudden we could change out or get money back.
We have been waiting for three weeks to get this matter resolved, so hang on to your money stay away from Sleepy’s they are liars and cheats and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE that can help you.

Purchased a mattress last Monday, October 12, 2015 from the Lansing location. Vince and Jason assisted me in finding the right mattress for me. They explained the difference in the materials and mattresses and after 4 hours of indecisiveness I bought a mattress. Thank you both for answering all my questions and even researching other mattress companies at my request. You were truly patient. Thank you getting my mattress to me the next day, that’s great customer service. I enjoyed working with you both.

After visiting several bedding stores, we bought a Stearns and Foster cal king mattress set at Sleepy’s in Lansing, Il and got the best deal ever. We worked with a very nice, personable, knowledgeable and patient gentleman named Antwan. He explained to us the different kinds of mattresses and helped us select the one to best fit our needs and our budget. Antwan and the District Manager Dan promised that they would beat any deal we brought to them from another store… and they sure did! Got a quality bed for a great price. Looking forward to finally getting a good night’s sleep.
