Not our first time in this ER. The wait time has never been long. 5 minutes this time. Staff very freindly and courteous. ER is clean and brightly lit. The wait for the ER Dr. was 2 hrs. Although the staff kept us informed, it was to long of a wait. Finally a PA came on duty and things still dragged out. 5 hours for some stitches, ouch. The low rating is because the wait showed pour management of patient flow.
RN-​Allen, PA-​Kelley, Dr. Ramero, all were very nice and super bed side manner.
