UPS Store The – Frandor Mall

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We don’t live in Lansing but we are originally from the area. My wife had a baby shower and we needed to get some items shipped back to Arizona. We stopped in with the items that needed to be shipped and were greeted by an employee/​manager/​owner that seemed to have no personality whatsoever. We gave him our information and let him know we were looking for the least expensive option available. The box used was 21×21×21 so we were expecting a price around $ 45 – 50 as we’ve been receiving packages back in AZ on an almost daily basis from friends and family in Michigan and most of them have had the shipping label/​price on them. When he comes back to us and says $ 95 our jaws hit the floor! We proceeded to let him know that wasn’t even in the ballpark and we were going to be heading to the post office. Once we let him know that he proceeded to get even a bit colder and if felt as if we just wasted his time and were and inconvenience. We drove 2 miles down the road to the Post Office and paid $ 35.48. Needless to say, I will never be heading to a UPS Store unless it’s to drop off a prepaid package and I would most definitely avoid this location if I lived in the Lansing area for the service alone.
