Excellent service. The bumper of my car was loose on Friday night. I called up on Saturday and they said they could look at it right away. This shop is open on Saturday from 9−12pm. They took me right away, fixed the bumper, and did not charge me one cent. Excellent auto body shop. If I have any more car issues I will definitely come back.

Went there for an estimate and they were so rude and so dismissive of my questions that even before I got the estimate I decide I wouldn’t give them my business.

I will never go back here. After being told a rental car would be covered, I was then told it would not be covered right before bringing my in to be fixed. After I told them I would go somewhere else to get the work done, the rental was suddenly not an issue. Part of what needed to be fixed from the accident was my exhaust which had been snapped in half. They did not fix that. And the parts of my car they did fix would have fallen off. I had to take my car to another place to discuss replacing the exhaust and they kindly informed me of the shoddy work Vision Collision had done. Cody was who I worked with.
