This Walgreens pharmacy will have automated system tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time then call you 5 minutes before that time to tell you there was an unexpected delay well it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting at this point my vertigo has subsided and I no longer even need the medication. Do yourself a favor if you truly need your medication (sarcasm) drive 5 minutes further to Osco.

The pharmacy is hit or miss but lets be honest, I go to the pharmacy at least once a month so with more interaction comes more room for things to not go smooth every time. I did have a bad experience with one of their pharmacists not filling my prescription properly and yada yada huge inconvenience and a day without meds-​I was not happy… BUT I’ve lived in Lansing for over 30 years and I recognize one face from when I was a kid going to Walgreens-that’s Jennifer in the pharmacy. She promised to take care of me and she did. She was able to get my prescription filled and called me back within 2 hours to let me know. It is nice to see a familiar face and to know she truly cared. Thank you Jennifer!

the Walgreens across from bakers square is ridiculous. the pharmacy team has rotten customer service. they told me a prescription was going to be 20 minutes and ended up taking an hour. don’t Tell me 20 Minutes when it is actually an hour wait. and they were rude about it to boot. going elsewhere and going to convince my bf to go elsewhere too.

They are always cheerful and nice. I go here for meds and snack and their open 24 hours.

I love this Walgreens. Everytime I’ve had some type of emergency or situation, they without fail come through in fine fashion. I will drive the distance to get to this one.

Terrible store! The store manager Dennis is horrible. I tried to return 2 knee braces that I had purchase the previous day from the Walgreens by my job. (in Chicago) This place is close to my home, so I figure I would just return them here.
Well when it came time for someone to help me, Dennis said he would. I didn’t have my receipt but I knew that wouldn’t be a problem. Walgreens will give you a store credit gift card if you don’t have the receipt for the items you purchased.
Dennis asked me what store did I purchase them from and said he would call the store. WTF! Why do you need to «verify» if I purchased this product?! Then he proceeded to tell me that I had to «take them back to the WALGREENS store that I bought them from. I’m not going to go into a long story but you can best believe, I’m not letting this go and I AM CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE! Ridiculous!!!
BTW, I took them back to the store I purchased them from and had no problem getting my refund. (without the receipt). I will never step foot in this store again!
