Been going there for over a year and have a locker. Extremely professional and great atmosphere. All workers are friendly and helpful or they are not long for the corporate model of great customer service.

Awful business run by awful and rude people. Know people who have worked there and they were allowed no breaks during 8 hour days. All other employees I’ve had contact with are extremely rude and pushy. Try to force you to buy items you weren’t there for or have no need for. I don’t smoke tobacco products and I went there for some vape material and everything they sell for vaping is complete garbage. Don’t believe them if they say an item is authentic cause it most likely isn’t and any of the clones they have are the lowest of low end clones. Forget about asking them questions too because their whole motto there is get the customers in and out as fast as possible. They aren’t there to help anyone, all they care about is how much money they’re making. Don’t ever recommend shopping at any of the wild bills locations.

Love wild bills and they have great staff and awesome customer service and are very friendly to people that come in and to regulars

Terrible experience. There was 1 girl working there who was extremely rude. This lady kept trying to sell me items that I did not need. I myself am a retail manager and know when someone is trying to *upsale* or «rip me off»… The manager reminds me of your average everyday *local drug dealer* & he was also rude… I personally will not be shopping here again and recommend you do the same

Full disclosure, I have a cigar locker here and VIP membership. The public and private lounges are great places to hang out and enjoy a cigar. Prices are fantastic. The membership lounge has free drinks and snacks. Both lounges have free coffee. The manager Brian is a great guy and the regular staff are all very friendly.
If I had any complaint it’s waiting for all the e-​cigarette people coming in for free tech support to get out of my way.

The manager, Brian, is rude! I’ve had several unfortunate incidences with him and I’m done. In the past I was able to contact the person directly over him and I thought the issues were over. I was wrong. Apparently she very recently retired right before this most recent incident that happened this week.
Out of the blue he was asking me how I got his bosses number and then asked where I worked. In appropriate questions, especially the second one, so I left. I finally got a hold of his new boss and after I explained my history of issues with this manager, he said that he would only talk to him because this is the first incident that this manager did since he became his boss. Unacceptable! I’m not going any Wild Bill locations again.
I’ve found another local e-​cig supplier where the prices and selection are just as good, but with superior customer service.
