Lantana Dry Cleaners

We recently got a comforter and pillow cases (my wife calls them shams?). It all came back smelling awful. When I noticed a few days after picking it up, I reached out and have gotten no response. Money to clean it wasted and comforter will be tossed since it’s not usable. I would find a different place of you have anything you’d like to have done well.

Great location in Lantana! The prices are reasonable and the service is great! We had an issue with a pair of linen pants. The owner has excellent customer service and a commitment to making things right. He committed to fix an issue we experienced with a pair of linen pants. He not only surpassed our expectation with fixing the issue but he called and left a kind message about making sure we were highly satisfied. It means a lot that an owner took personal ownership of a situation and committed to make it right. Too many businesses these days act like they don’t care, even after an incident. Thank you Lantana Cleaners! We will always be loyal customers! Keep up the great work!

This dry Cleaners is one that I will never use again.
I have had to bring back several items because they were unable to clean them properly. (Spots)
I understand that this is common with a lot of dry cleaners but the staff and management that I have encountered were not only defensive about their workmanship but they also tried to make you feel like it’s your fault.
They go on to tell me how much work and money goes into getting out spots and stains.
I don’t need to be told that.
I even went so far as to ask why when I bring a garment back the 2^nd time they are successful at getting the spot/​stain out. Their explanation was that the first time they were afraid to ruin the garment. I felt that if they were able to get the stain out the second time than they should have been able to get it out the first time.
I also was charged an extra $ 3.99 for what they call“excessive stain removal”!
There is no sign in the store indicating that they may have to charge that. It just appeared on my cleaning receipt with no explanation as to which garment it was that needed «excessive stain removal» and the owner told me that he did not know but that he would stand behind his employees.
The owner repeated several times that he was not a «discount cleaner» indicating that that’s who I was used to dealing with.
I informed him that I don’t use discount cleaners and did not appreciate his comments and attitude
concerning my clothing and cleaning issues.
The owners appear nice until you bring them something back more than once and then they show their displeasure.
Too many cleaners to have to put up with this nonsense.
I’m sorry that I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jill. Jill appears to understand much better than her partner.

Great service, friendly owner, and they did an awesome job with an Anthropologie cotton bedspread and two shams I needed to return to a friend. The twin bedspread and shams came out to about $ 30, which I thought was fair. Picked it up today and it was nice and fluffy, much better than before. (:
My parents take all of their dry cleaning here every week as well.

This was a great experience I recommend this place to anyone! Super friendly and great! It was my first time dropping clothes off and picking up was awesome they gave me a time and were 3 hours early which was just perfect! Thank you so much!

So far it is great. All my suits, pants and and shirts go there each week.
Their prices are competitive with GK down the street, and so far they seem to do as good if not a better job. All their cleaning is done on prem, which enables realistic same same day service.
I use their VIP service which allows 24×7×365 drop off and auto payment on pick up via their drive thru. great local shop!
