I dropped my laptop and my screen was shattered so I called BestBuy to see what their options were, the sales rep literally told me that I’m better off buying a new laptop or look someplace else. She let me know that «geek squad» would charge me just as much to fix the screen vs buying a brand new computer.
So, my dad ended up bringing in my laptop to Computer Frog that way we can weigh out are options and see what we can do. I can’t even believe how reasonable their prices are and what an amazing job they did! My laptop is like brand new and I’m so excited to have it back in one piece. They definitely earned the 5-​star review, and I’m happy to support such an amazing local business that actually cares :)

My laptop died, so I dropped it off here. They will look at your computer for free, but the catch is «when they have time», which for me wasn’t acceptable, so I paid a fee. For the fee they looked at it that day, great service. Unfortunately my laptop wasn’t worth repairing. I would use them again.

I’ve paid $ 125.00 per hour for someone to come in and diagnose problems for my system. When I called the FROG, they came in for a flat rate and did the work right. The only issue I have with them is that their rates are so fair that they seem to be stretched a bit too far.
