I suggest you go elsewhere. The arrangement I ordered was basically filler flowers in a glass vase. When I called to comment I was told it was my fault because I didn’t specify which flowers I wanted included. I guess I trusted that the staff would send the freshest and best looking in the cooler since I was calling from another state. No acknowledgement that they cared or were concerned that I wasn’t happy. Never again.

I’ve been using Flowers by Carol to send flowers to my family in Lapeer as long as I can remember. The arrangements are always lovely and at a great price. Sue knows what kinds of flowers and which colors my mom likes even better than I do and makes sure that every arrangement is one that Mom will love. I really appreciate that they call ahead to make sure that someone will be home before delivering!
