Apartments are not well maintained, uneven sidewalks, old flooring, filthy carpets, horrible paint jobs inside and outside of the apartments and old appliances (refrigerator and stove.) Lori in the office isn’t friendly. She seems inconvenienced doing her job. Rental price is significantly higher than other apartments in the area and definitively too high compared to what you get; there are a lot of extra fees too! Plus, since the apartment is in the City of Lapeer, you pay the city tax of 1% of your income and you pay a minimum of $ 50/​month for water even if you use very little water.
