Just don’t. Their speeds don’t even resemble what they are selling you. It is robbery. RUN! Not only is their internet slow, a whopping. 0.5mbps and i WISH I was exaggerating. Right now nothing in my home is downloading anything and the speedtests are telling me 0.05mbps. This is the equivalent of ordering a big mac and receiving one pickle slice. ROBBERY. Have had this service for over 10 years and the service only gets worse. The techs are nice people but when a middle schooler with no real world experience knows networking better than their reps something is very very wrong. I am in fact looking to take legal action against Air Baud for ripping me off. I’m getting my entire neighborhood on it. They refuse to update their equipment and they don’t care about complaints due to them being the only gig in town… but they wouldn’t know a thing about gigs… I wish i could give negative stars. If you read this trust the recent reviews. DO NOT DO IT. If they assure you speeds hang up the phone because they are LYING and they KNOW IT.

I’m paying $ 80.00 a month for slow internet. Please don’t purchase their router either. The overpriced equipment will only provide enough wifi to cover my living room.
When you call tech support hey tell you to power cycle the router– uhh!!!

The term internet service provider is a joke. I called for tech support one day and told them that I was losing all of my packets and the girl told me that she could not check into it because my payment was not received yet. We have been a loyal customer to them for over 7 yrs now through all the company name changes in all. My advice to anyone needing real internet service is not to waste your time and money with this company. The service is below sub par and they refuse to upgrade their antiquated equipment for more reliable service. BTW, The new name is now sea-​net, Just to let everyone know they are the same company. NOW GIVE ME MY ONE STAR BACK!

10 down and 3 up speeds with great rates and no BS installation. Oh, and they use Honda Elements for their fleet vehicles — bonus.
