Debra Kling helped me transform my vague ideas for my home into gorgeous reality. She was able to understand what would please me and helped me to consider things I wouldn’t have thought of myself — without imposing her own preferences. She is professional, prompt and reliable and efficient. We did not need a lot of back and forth-​ing in order before realizing the finished product. She is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to more projects together!

The painters finished up on Friday — one week later than they’d predicted. They did a beautiful job, paying close attention to detail, working hard, working clean. We’ve been putting everything back in order — cleaning every item, every surface, filling closets and bookshelves. We hope to hang the artwork later today and have the office furniture reassembled tomorrow. Then it’s done!
We are thrilled with the color choices — Manchester Tan for the main living area, Bennington Grey for the entrance, dining wall and kitchen, and Cotswald for the office and bathroom. The only change I made was to put Spring in Aspen in the guest room/​my work room. I found Gentle Cream too intensely yellow here, given the bright northern light that streams in. They kindly repainted that room for me (for a very small fee).
