I recently moved to Larchmont from Brooklyn and had walked by Designer One at least a dozen times and did not bother to go in… in fact I thought it was perhaps targeting an older demographic.
Boy was I wrong! I finally went in last week and was really impressed with their inventory. High end, chic and unique clothing and accessories. Awesome leather bags. A great selection from a lot of different designers. It is definitely pricey, but I bought a beautiful sweater from a designer from Barcelona that was 70% off and have already received a ton of compliments.
I definitely recommend a stop in! Plus the owner Eric was super personable and seems to be really involved in the community.

I always count on Designer One for pieces I know I can’t find elsewhere, and for pieces I know that will be mainstays in my wardrobe. Eric is incredibly knowledgable, and his industry contacts make for a fantastic selection of clothes, bags, and jewelry. Highly, highly recommended.

It’s my first stop whenever I want a new item of clothing… and, frankly, my last stop, since Designer One almost always has what I need or crave. Personal attention, fun styles, remarkably reasonable price-​point. I’m grateful to have this boutique in our town — thanks to Designer One, I don’t have to set foot in a department store!
