Something different in Laredo! I loved the place. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. I tried the seafood pancake and dolsot bibimbap. Recommend this place if you want to try something different and tasty.

We came for lunch. Just delicious. Spicy pork is off the charts scrumptious. Plus we got another spicy dish that I can’t pronounce, but also delicious that comes in a bowl with an egg on top. Don’t miss this gem in Laredo. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. Love this place

Way too expensive and food not that good. Been to several Korean BBQ’s and they do not compare.

Being a part of the the 1% Asian population in Laredo, you start to miss Asian foods, in general. I was particularly craving Korean BBQ one day and decided to take a chance and Unilocal korean restaurants in the Laredo area, knowing that there may possibly not be any. When I found BBQ park, I rushed to the restaurant on impulse and was enthusiastically greeted by the owner/manager, who I had a really nice conversation with. I ordered a spicy pork dish, which came with the usual sides of steamed rice, kimchi, and other side pickled items that are traditional of korean restaurants to give customers. The TVs proudly displayed their Kpop music videos and Korean dramas, which added true essence and integrity to the restaurant. Service was quick, and the food was great. Real homemade Korean food, most definitely. Had a great eating experience here, and the fact that when I went, I was the only customer there besides one or two other people. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to try the flavors of true, traditional Korean food.

I have gone three times in the last 3 months and the food & service continue to be outstanding. The braised short rib stew is out of this world. My brother, who lives in Austin and frequents many korean eateries up there absolutely loves this place.

I was passing thru town(Laredo, Texas) and decided to Unilocal a place to eat lunch. This place popped up with most reviews and good looking food photos. I came into the restaurant — not too busy. I was seated immediately and my server was pleasant — she made great recommendations and since it was my first time eating at a Korean restaurant, I went along with her advice. I ordered the Spicy Chicken & an appetizer that started with the letter«T», lol(think it was Toppiketa?) The food was good and very flavorful with a spicy kick! The owner came out and asked me how was everything and if I needed anything else. I’d come back for another slick kick — KABOOM!!!

I’ve never tried Korean BBQ, so when a friend shared that an eatery like this actually existed, I had to see and try it out for myself. Unfortunately, I don’t know what the Korean signatures dishes/staples are other than Kimchi(which they have BTW) but this place is great. There is some wait time of 15 – 25 minutes but so worth it.

Excellent service, the food is delicious, try the beef bulgogi, kind of like teriyaki, but not overly sweet… if you like import beer, try their hard to find(at least for me) Korean beers, to round off a great meal

This is the best & most authentic asian food you will find in Laredo. If you want to have a nice lunch here, skip breakfast! It was so much food! I had a really hard time trying to finish it all. Fried dumplings were AWESOME! I ordered the spicy chicken and fried rice and was extremely satisfied. Service and food was great!

One of the best Korean bbq place I’ve ever eaten. No doubt. Tried the all you can eat bbq portion where you can select from 9 selections of meat choices. Highly recommended. Very happy we found this gem in Laredo.

Wow, what an awesome find. If you have never had Korean food, you are in luck — this place is extremely good. I’ve eaten my fair share of Korean food and the dumplings here are the best I have had anywhere! The dumplings are homemade and it really shows. We also tried the bibimbap and the japchae and both dishes tasted great. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Finally went to try out BBQ Park and was definitely NOT disappointed!:) I had been meaning to go for a while after hearing good things plus I have a friend who is a server there:) I asked my Dad to take me and I think he was a bit skeptical and to be honest so was I even though I am very into exotic cuisines. So after we all asked my friend for recommendations, my table ended up ordering: an order of the dumplings FRIED(although steamed is supposed to be good too), 2 orders of the pork curry, spicy chicken(mild), and fried rice(combination meat). Everything was amazing! They described the curry as more like a gravy and yes it is like an amazing curry gravy! The spicy chicken was Awesome! And fried rice amazing and beautifully presented! I am the only one who really enjoyed the cold appetizer sample things but YUM to everything!!! I definetly want to come back soon and by soon I mean what time do they open tommorow?

Visited today this wonderful place in a date with my daughter Bella. Restaurant provides a clean image from the start. Has a large bar with three TV screens. Several tables neatly kept are available. Our waitress/owner was very nice from the start, offered assistance with the menu after asking us if it was our first time there, which it was, but not our first time with Korean food. Now, I admit not being very knowledgeable about this food. I ask if it was lunch or dinner, for which she said it was dinner time. We ordered Yangneom Chicken for an appetizer and have to give this wing a 9 out of 10. Well served, good size wings and very tasty. For seconds Bella ordered Japchae Bap, sweet potato noodles, where can you find such a interesting option in Laredo? I ordered the Baby Octopus and for companion mix Fried Rice. While waiting we were served some little dishes with a variety of aperitifs, all very good, even though, I need to develop a liking for the Kimchee flavor. The presentation of all dishes was A-1, please visit the pictures. The octopus was fresh and soft, as it should be, the sauce was a bit to spicy for my taste, again have to get use to it. My favorite was the noodles, even though it needs a little more meat. The fried rice had a darling presentation with a fried egg on top, the grain of the rice was completely new to me, a fat grain with a sweet after taste, just wonderful. I can tell the ingredients are original as well as the flavor, something quite rare in Laredo, and needs to be enhanced in my comment as a great standard for the rest of Asian, or Oriental, restaurants in the area. Hats off for that. There is more to try, like the BBQ, which is in the name of the place for a reason. Will be back with my whole family, 1, 2 and 4 plus wife. Service was outstanding !!! I might suggest some Korean decorations to make it more interesting.

The food here is arguably one of the best in Laredo. The ingredients are fresh and the food is unlike much of what Laredo has to offer. Don’t be afraid to try different things on the menu, you really can’t go wrong. It is a nice breath of fresh air from all of the traditional Mexican and chain restaurants this town has. It’s a shame it is not as busy as some of the other restaurants around.
