The room had a weird smell, most of the lamps were unplugged, TV remote wouldn’t work right, NO HOT WATER AND THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE!

Worst experience ever!!!
Booked a room through 3rd party,
When arrived to the hotel, I received, smoking room, which i hate!
When asked if i can have non smoking room, i have been told the system wont let me do that, even tho there was no one staying there, so there was planty of rooms that were free. WIFI not working at all! And the room, when i opened the door, its like the nastiest chemicals hit my face, UNACCEPTABLE! if i could I would give them –5 stars!!! BEWARE
