Laredo!!! You NEED to be eating these pupusas. I can’t make it any more clear for you. If you’re Mexican (like 90% of Laredo is) and you don’t know what on earth a pupusa is, let me explain. It’s like a gordita, except not greasy. It’s the masa, stuffed with beans, cheese, or revuelto (pork and beans mix) and they’re AWESOME!!! Put the orange sauce on them, it’s not picoso, it’s just really tasty. I’m living in NYC now, where there’s big pockets of Salvadoreños living, so I’ve had my fair share of pupusas, and trust me these guys are LEGIT! Friendly people too! Just GO ALREADY! You won’t be disappointed.

The food was delicious. I had the Tipico plate which is a little bit of every thing. The cabbage and pickled onion condiments were great as well as the vinegar and chili sauce. This is a must try place for anyone wanting to try something different. The only thing wrong with this place is the kitchen didn’t seem to have proper ventilation so I walked out smelling like a fried plantain. That’s why they get 4 stars and not five. You still have to try it. Food was awesome!
