Happy to see them in Laredo. Service not too good. Paid for a cement mixer and was asked to stand to the side and an associate would bring my mixer up front. Waited for more than 15 minutes. Heard employees discussing amongst themselves that they did not have something in stock. Thought maybe someone elses item as no one addressed me; even though I was 10 feet away. I finally asked how much longer and a cashier came over with some man. He may have been a manager but I do not know as he did not introduce himself. He simply said, «que quieres?» I told him I have been waiting for a cement mixer and he did not apologize, he simply said, «we don’t have one». I asked for a refund and waited as they struggled on how to return my money. The man said nothing to me and the cashier apologized, «I’m sorry, sir» First impression — not a good one!
