Not much has changed since the 90s except the food court & the addition of Forever 21. The movie theater is nice except for the inconsiderate (noisy) patrons and unsupervised children. Overall mall is very small and dirty.

Laredo, TX
Only Mall in Laredo, Best time to shop is between 10am and 3pm Monday through Friday to avoid all the middle and high school mall rat kids. Good luck shopping between October and January, be prepared for swarms of paisanos and mexicans passing through for the holidays!
