My friend wanted me to tried out this place since she loves it so here I am. In this restaurant, super retro, 50’s diner, like the ones on Diner, dive in and Drives on food channel. So I got the 12 piece wings(wasn’t in the mood for a big burger or sandwiches) half lemon pepper and the rest barbecue with a coke float(which was only $ 1.99 because thirsty Thursday). The wings were super crispy and moist and only $ 9 bucks. Totally a bang for the buck. Seasoning was just right, not to sauces or tangy. Just right. Definitely coming back to Pat’s when I get the chance to be in Laredo.

Burgers are very good and the right size! Breakfast is served all day and is always good. My favorite items are the«Loaded Fries», the bacon cheddar burger, and the warm brownie ala mode. The owners are usually there and they create a warm friendly environment and emphasize customer service. The 50’s atmosphere and music are an added bonus.

With all the new burger chains opening in Laredo, it’s great to have a place like Pat’s. Burgers are homemade and there is always a warm, family oriented environment here. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and you definitely get your money’s worth. Only downside was that it takes a while to get your food. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Waaaay too expensive for a burger place. They charged a dollar to add beans, I could get a can of organic beans for 85 cents at HEB, and feed a family of 5 with it! SMH And they charged another dollar for adding avacado, why does a dollop of guacamole cost a dollar? It’s not like youre putting the whole damn avacado in the burger! The bacon also cost a dollar, why does one slice of bacon cut in half to be made to look like two slices cost a dollar? And if that wasnt bad enough the fries were really soggy and the burgers were small for the price, and to make things worst the owner was sitting at a table on a business call being very loud and obnoxious. It made the experience worst! It was a waste of 30 some dollars… never again!

Charging for TAP water is insanely stupid! Poor service & prices are high for the quality & portion size they give you. The owner appeared arrogant & unattentive. Never again will I go

I ordered 2 doubles stacks, an order of chili cheese fries, a cherry coke float, and a strawberry milkshake. This all came out to 40 bucks. Talk about pricey. Being from Dallas I’m no stranger to pricey but at a burger joint??? Anyway, I drove back home(I ordered takeout) expecting some great food. Boy was I disappointed. The burgers were huge, yes, and they had all the ingredients promised but they were so BLAND! BLAND as BLAND can be. Sadly, the were not worth the $ 11.+. There was no flavor, nothing special. Honestly, we would have been better off with double meats from Whataburger. The chili cheese fries were decent but together the fries and the two drinks(shake and float) were 14 bucks and the drinks were pretty small. Basically I could’ve gotten two double meats from Whataburger and a shake and a float and chili cheese tots from Sonic and been happier and not have spent as much. So in my opinion. Save your money and go somewhere else for your burger, shake, and float needs.

Wow milk shakes are amazing. I am not from Laredo but make frequent stops to visit family. I stumbled into this place and I am really glad I did. the burger was delicious and I did notice they had breakfast all day. I should have ordered their breakfast special table next to me did and looked amazing. The owner Pat was so nice and welcoming. Came to introduce himself and asked if needed anything. I will be back real soon. Décor and music makes one feel like back to the 50s era

Pretty good food, but a little expensive. Spent $ 40+ for 2 adults/2 young children. But that did included dinner for everyone and a homemade dessert and a handspun milkshake. Shared between us. 1950’s décor makes it fun for the kids, too bad this place is in a strip mall so the atmosphere is on the interior only. From the outside it might as well be regular restaurant. No curb appeal, but that’s to be expected with most Laredo restaurants. But the food is what matters, and it’s one of the better places in town that doesn’t serve tacos.

Nice homey vibe, owner was couterous and integrated himself into the atmosphere. I had the double stack burger, very filling and flavorful, definite meatlover burger. Pats kitchen is a hidden gem that needs breaching :-) …Try the Oreo Milkshake ;-)

Strawberry shake was good. Loved the onion rings. Chicken sandwich was OK. It was a little dry. Very friendly staff.
