Dr. Yates is a really sweet and knowledgeable doctor. I came in for an annual checkup for the first time and was pretty promptly seated after the paperwork. She was the first doctor to explain my X-​rays and let me know I had signs of tooth decay. I never had anyone tell me that before, nor spend the extra time explaining that to me.
Overall, although I was really upset to switch doctors, I am pleased. However, I’m giving 4 stars because her tech/​hygienist did a messy job cleaning my teeth. You could presume I was seated at the splash zone of a water ride. Not sure if it was because I told her I was in a rush, or if she’s normally that much in a rush. Cleaning was not pleasant but that’s easily fixable. 4 stars!
