The first few days I was pretty impressed with the work. Then it healed and the colors completely faded. Staff was pretty attentive. I think they were just too busy and rushed while we were there. Unfortunately I don’t live in Florida so I can’t have it touched up. On a positive note, I am having the tattoo redone with much more color.

This shop had a piercing and tattoo sale going on for Friday the 13^th. We tried the Tyrone Mall location which was a zoo and they referred us here thinking there would be less of a line. When we showed up we came into a 2 hour wait.
This did not deter us because all of the staff was very friendly even when people began to get upset over wait times or cutoff times for the special pricing. My wife waited the 2 hours and ended up with piercings from Sean that she is very satisfied with.
Even though it was almost 11 p.m. and he had been going all day, Sean was extremely professional and walked my wife through every step of the piercing process and stressed the importance of proper after care. He answered all of my wife’s questions and even gave his input on how to care for the piercings.
Some people may be deterred because this is a chain tattoo and piercing parlor but this is definitely a place I would come back to.

I’ve been to lots of different tattoo parlors all around the country, this was a pretty good experience. I googled a few in the area and checked them all out but I came back to Atomic. Jake did a piece on my right bicep, exactly what I wanted. There was a lot of shading (dark black) and he knew it tends to fade so he spent a long time looking for any areas that he may have missed, if the artist wants to be a perfectionist no human-canvass can complain. The only reason I give four rather than five stars is that they got distracted whenever a new customer came in. There were three guys there and every time the door opened Jake got up to see what the action was about. No big deal, but one thing at a time man! Otherwise a nice clean place and the artist’s sketch book looked very nice. Thanks man.

These guys helped me out so much! I’ve been needing my micro dermal removed since it started rejecting a couple of months ago. I was a little nervous about getting it taken out but they all made me feel super comfortable and it was a fast and easy process. I’ll definitely be back :)
