This place started off exciting because PG county really has no good upscale anything. I used to go there with a man I was dating and it was ok. Now… it’s horrible. There are tons of empty, vacant storefronts and the stores that are there are pretty bad. Like on of the other Unilocalers said, the teens and the ratchedness bring this place down. It would be my preference NEVER to go back. EVER.

I had an appointment with an escrow company in this area and got there way too early. So on the way, I saw this place. I drove through it and admired the size and selection of shops in here. Nothing unique or special but seems to have most of the standard stores you expect from a shopping center.

When the Boulevard at the Cap Centre opened i gave it an approximately 10 years from its inception to decline. Unfortunately, my expectations were over achieved in less than 5 when a teen was murdered in the rear of the food court area. Soon thereafter the shooting at the Uno’s Pizzeria in which one or two(cant remember exactly how many) men were gunned down. Needless to say, Uno’s is now closed. The businesses are abandoning ship and what’s left are empty shops with«For Lease» signs in the window. It saddens me because Prince Georges county residents such as myself just want a nice place to shop but unfortunately the delinquent teenagers(and a few ghetto adults) ruin everything for us. From fighting in Stonefish, to poor customer service because of the LACK of training and common sense of the employees, to the unnecessary club scene at night in front of Sideline(now closed). I’m embarrassed about this place. We need to get it together!

Ever since Circuit City and Borders closed I don’t come back. Yes they have a few good shops, but other than that, it’s boring to me. Plus the teenagers here are loud and rude. Skip this place.

It scares me to go here. Since the Starbucks left in the middle of the night, there really is no reason to go here. SCARY.

Teenagers and outsiders bring this place down Kids are always hanging out, running around, and just flat out acting ghetto in this place. Incidents around the outdoor mall and at some of the local restuarant(criminal ones) are always jumping off thanks to these teenagers and outsiders who come in via the metro train. There are actually some very nice business and resturants in this complex, its just that the patrons have a habit of bringing the quality down. Borders, Chick-Fil-A, Five Guys, Kobe Japanese Steak House, and Men’s Warehouse are exceptional business in this mall
