Stand out for gracious, going the extra mile service, artistic talent and generosity of spirit. I have known owner Cheryl and her team and store for many years. Regardless of the need, they meet and exceed it, listening and then creating the perfect, beautiful arrangement. They have great gifts and cards too. Yesterday after our front door wreath fell, ornaments shattering, she met me at her shop after they were closed to make it all ok. Who does that? Thank you. Here are 5 well deserved stars!

Today was my mothers birthday. I called and spoke to a nice woman who I told a few of moms favorite flowers, gave her my budget and a couple hours later dear mom was gushing on Facebook about what a lovely arrangement she received.
This business is top notch!

Once again, I let the calendar get the best of me and found myself with no card in the mail to Mom. She’s not the kind to overlook such things so I searched out my Unilocal review list and called this place again today. Kim was terrific. In about 45 seconds she had found my last order, verified all was the same (address, etc) and boom. I’m on my way out of Mom jail.

At 3:30pm on a Friday I suddenly realized that I had forgotten to send flowers for my sister’s birthday. So I called Carlson Wildwood on the basis of their great Unilocal reviews. The call was answered rather abruptly by a woman and I asked her it was still possible for a delivery (1.7 miles away). Her response… in a really rude voice, was «where?», I told her, and then: «well that will be a $ 20 delivery charge for a rush order!» I had no problem with a delivery charge at all but I simply said (while getting out my credit card) «Okay I guess the problem is that it is too far away?» It was just chit chat – everyone charges for delivery, and I needed the flowers. The whole time I was very polite to her, and I figured it would be tough that late in the day. She said «No! The delivery person has gone home and he’ll have to come back in!» She was incredibly condescending and irritated – like I was completely clueless. I just wanted to get a nice tropical arrangement and was hoping to spend about $ 100. I nicely told her that I was sorry to have irritated her and hung up. I called another place a bit further away, talked to a nice lady who took the order, told me they could take care of it, and thanked me for the $ 117 (that included the delivery charge). I was just amazed… I’ll never ever call Carlson Wildwood again – I don’t understand how folks are able to stay in business when they treat people this way. They must have great flowers!

Perfection. these girls pay attention to detail. very creative.they can create something you want– even if they have never donr it before… they research different ideas. they can deliver an experience along with their services that you will feel like you have known them forever and they have years of experience behind them. orders can be made on line or over the phone. parties can be planned on a whim. they can do it… advice is given freely. prices are comparatively cheaper yet the quality is generally much better than other florists i have worked with. if they feel they cannot meet your expectations they will not let you down. they will actually refer you to another florist with that expertise. Who DOES that… THESE LADIES ARE AWESOME. Dont let this little flowershop be passed up. great service!!!

Carlson Wildwood Florist is superb! Kim Chaves provided excellent customer service and created a beautiful arrangement. Kim was incredibly accommodating of the order I placed on behalf of a high end client who was sending out bouquets to their top customers– the arrangement met every specification and perfectly fit the aesthetic the client was hoping for. Carlson Wildwood exceeded my expectations in their professional handling of the order, reliable communication, and willingness to work within a certain budget and time frame. I would highly recommend their services!

It was my Moms 70^th birthday and I live in Los Angeles and sending flowers like this you kind of never know what your getting. Well let me say the woman i spoke with was Wonderful and understood exactly what i was going for as far as the arrangement. After delivery my Mother was blown away on how Beautiful the arrangement was so was i after seeing pics sent to me! Thank You So Much! oh and they did it on short notice and did an incredible job! HIGHLY RECOMMENEND!!!

Great phone service. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral and they were helpful and kind and efficient. I did not attend the funeral so I cannot attest to the actual arrangement but I am sure if it was terrible my boss would have told me.

Outstanding service! Called the day before Mother’s Day (must be the busiest day of the year) and Cheryl was friendly, unhurried and very helpful. Possible to deliver tomorrow (Sunday, Mother’s Day? No problem!).
She helped me select a large orchid which my mother absolutely loved. In fact, she loved it so much she called the florist today and asked about care instructions. Again, Cheryl spent a good deal of time explaining how best to care for it including a referral to a website on the care for the specific breed of orchid she had received.
This is the kind of local service that puts national online services to shame! Kudos to Cheryl and looking forward to many years of doing business with Carlson Wildwood!

Last minutes things on Saturday looking for Tropical flowers.
First time calling CWF to placed an order, was very warm and helpful over the phone.
Tropical flower arrangemens delivered in a timely manner, unique, freshest and absolutely beautiful. Wonderful job. Thank you CWF.^-^

I work in the floral industry in Los Angelesand we had a very demanding client that called and wanted flowers delivered within the next half an hour in Clearwater (this was after 6:30 EST). I called Cheryl and she was more than willing to accommodate: she stayed late, came up with some great ideas from the little bit that was left in to cooler at the end of the day, and was going to take them herself to ensure the delivery. She was wonderfully creative and kind even when I had to call her back and tell her our clients had just canceled the order (uck, I felt terrible). She handled even that call with aplomb. Not ever having seen the work, this review can really only be based on creativity and customer service, but that’s at least ¾ of why we go to a florist in the first place.
