Absolutely amazing food, as good as mama’s homemade authentic Italian food with all the extras!

When I’m home I always come for an Italian sub, some mushrooms, and a couple cannolis. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and it’s still my favorite for that good local Italian deli. The main reason that I love Cessarina’s is because after all these years she and her husband can always be found in the shop serving food with a smile. Her freshly made bread is the best and I’ve tried several of their subs and they’re all amazing. The anti pastas are fresh and the meatballs are gigantic. Her cookies and desserts are to die for which makes sense because they’re now being sold at other local restaurants like Havana Harry’s! It’s also worth mentioning that she sells tons of awesome Italian imports including pasta beer and wine !

Stopped here on a whim for lunch on our way home to Orlando after a weekend at the beach. Delicious sandwiches, lasagna, ziti and salad. Bought some wonderful Italian groceries including fresh mozzarella and fresh bread to take home. Very friendly place… family business. Will make the effort to return anytime I an in the area.

Visiting from out of town and wanted a hassle free Christmas dinner. Ordered sausage & peppers, chicken parm, miniature pastry tray and a loaf of Italian bread to serve the family. The food was by far the most authentic Italian food I’ve had outside my moms kitchen. Delicious! Prices were very reasonable, people were helpful and friendly. Will, without a doubt, return there as often as possible.

Our family of 4 enjoyed sandwiches and a salad here today. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the Italian sub. Fresh baked bread, meat & cheese make the sandwich. My son had the small Greek salad which was huge! It was a Greek salad with an Italian twist. Feta cheese was plentiful & potato salad was delicious. Instead of traditional olives they used green & also included marinated mushrooms & artichokes. Will definitely visit again soon!

Based on Unilocal reviews I gave this place a try. Had the Italian combo sub, not NY quality but for Largo it was pretty good. Nice family owned place, give them a try.

Super impressed! My first time at Cesarina’s and it is totally 5 stars! The lady at the counter is so friendly and kind… love her genuine laughter! The espresso is some of the best ever… they don’t do lattes or cappuccinos. The cannoli is amazing! Homemade! Yum! It’s a full deli and Italian market. Huge huge huge sandwiches. Lots of happy customers. Be kind to yourself and come here.

To understand how you earn 5 stars from me it is a specific combination of things: I return repeatedly if I can(assuming I am not from out of town), there is an high money to value ratio for me. For higher priced foods, it better be phenomenal. This particular place has very low priced food, huge portions and good flavor, we have been here dozens of times. For $ 6-$ 7 two average people can share a sub, and love it. It isn’t the best sub you have had in your entire life, it is the old Italian deli sub that you will come back for again and again. Be sure to try their Italian sub(I like mine with mayo added), their meatball sub, and their mufalatta. Oh and notice you can get halfs of all of these so be sure you and your friends get different ones to try! Wanting to skip the carbs? Try their salad. They are loaded with olives and mushrooms and artichokes and meat, all served with their homemade vinaigrette.

The little deli belongs in little Italy. Wonderful subs, pastas, desserts and deli items. TOPNOTCH subs. Always busy so don’t be a douche and give a 1 star review because your delivery took too long. Call ahead for pick up. After coworkers see you eating anything from here, they will want in next time you go.

Don’t order delivery. They stated that the food would be delivered within the hour. After an hour of waiting, I called back and was told they were waiting on a driver. Don’t promise something if you can’t deliver on it.

I was intrigued by a Unilocaler review and in a quick for trip that I did to Clearwater I stopped at Cesarinas Deli. Everybody In the staff seems genuinely kind and helpful. My disappointment is merely personal because I thought the cured meats were homemade and they weren’t but one kind of sausage. So, I decided to overcome my over-expectations by getting other items. I was really happy by finding 8 dozens of Escargot for only $ 8.99! I didn’t have the chance to try their subs for what this store is famous about but maybe next time…

While visiting good olé St. Petersburg, my cousin invited us for dinner since he was making some ribs. I let him know I would like to bring something because I hate showing up empty handed. Well the weather was not being kind so we just went straight there and I asked my cousin to come with me to the store so we could get something everybody would like and spend some quality time together. We headed up to Publix to get something from the deli but when I saw that their deli no longer makes it fresh, he made a call to his mom and she recommended Cesarina. When we arrived, there was a line but OMG did this place smell good. I looked around while my cousin waited in line. The cases were loaded up with some sides, meats, sausages, desserts and olives. I thought I died and went to heaven. I even found some dried pasta that was hand made that I have not been able to find locally. I bought some of the potato salad, tortellini salad, two varieties of olives and some marinated artichoke hearts along with 2 bags of pasta to take home to Orlando with me. The ribs my cousin made were lip smackin good but those sides and olives were ALL incredible. The next time I am in Largo, you can bet I will be stopping by this place to grab a few things to take back home to Orlando. If you live in the area, you really need to check this place out!!!

Don’t say the«m» word here. This is a hole in the wall Italian market and deli. Doesn’t get much better than this. The owners and staff are very friendly, true Italians which exemplifies the kind of business they run and why it’s been in business at least 10 years I know of. Authenticity and consistence through and through. This place will remain a staple for me whenever I’m in clearwater. Their meatball sandwich and freshly Italian bread gives Mazzaro’s a run for their money.

Reminds me of the delis up in New York. A mom & pop small business with great food, and this live up to the name of an Italian deli. Like all Italian food requires, fresh ingredient, made from scratch foot. I got the meatball sub. I have been craving meatballs for some time now, and this hit everything I was looking for in a great meatball. If you want to break the same old song and dance of Publix or Subway, and are in the area, go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Yet another unsuspecting gem in Largo. I went here on lunch after reading the Unilocal reviews. Homemade bread and great prices were the highlight. I had a half sausage, peppers and onions sandwich. They also make their own sausage! The veg was definitely over cooked, but the sausage was delicious and the main event. I browsed after my inexpensive lunch and also found that they make homemade pastries and their own mozzarella. I’ll definitely be back.

An authentic Italian Deli. They bake their own bread and pastries; I had a California Philly steak, the bread and cheese were awesome, fresh produce, and good meat. Their sandwiches are huge, and the prices are really good. I tried 3 or 4 pieces of pastry and they were only for $ 2, I’ve been to places that will charge you $ 3 for a piece of Baklava. They also have some Italian groceries. You should definitely give this place a visit, I will be going there again.

Let me just say that I feel they have the best subs in the area. They’re located in a strip mall right on East Bay close to Starkey Road. They offer cured meats, pastas, and cheeses in the deli cases, and you can find a nice selection of Italian groceries on the shelves, and also wine. The subs are ginormous, and very very very reasonably priced. I have yet to finish an entire sub in one sitting. If you order an Italian sausage sub for example, you get an entire sausage on each half of the sub. My personal favorite is the Italian, it is literally the best that I have ever had. If you’re in the area, swing on by and try a sub, your taste buds will thank you.
