We were referred to Class Appliance through Lowe’s to have our refrigerator repaired. Over a month later we are still waiting on the parts. After the repair man came out initially to look at a simple issue with our ice maker our entire refrigerator stopped working and we ended up loosing most of our food from both the fridge and freezer. I have never been so disappointed about the service I have received from a company.

Our Samsung dryer stopped heating up so my husband and I decided we would try to troubleshoot the problem ourselves. After watching a few YouTube videos and doing some Google searches we determined that the problem was either one of the FOUR thermostats or possibly the heating element. We took the whole dryer apart and pulled out the four thermostats and brought them to Class Appliance. The gentleman was kind and courteous and genuinely interested in helping us to get our dryer back in action. He was nice enough to test out all four thermostats for us and determined that they were all working properly. He suggested we run home and grab the heating element coil so that he could test that for us. We ran home and back and had the coils tested where we learned that there was a break. At that point the store was supposed to be closing but the gentleman was kind enough to stay open, give us the part that we needed and give us back all of our parts. Great experience and highly recommended!

Service is NO service. Was taking over 2 weeks for them to get a standard part in. They kept stalling and giving excuses. There was no attempt to keep the customer informed. Had to go with another repair service because of a loss of confidence in the ability of this company to repair our washing machine.

What a load of BS from this place. They are authorized to give excuses on why a Samsung frige is loud. «They are loud and everyone complains about these models» is their excuse??? I’m trying, I spent over $ 1500 on this POS and Class has NO Class to make excuses.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s been over a month since we called to have our washing machine repaired and the part is still not available. I called again to check on it today and I’m told they have no information on me. Are you kidding me!!! I don’t think these people know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for service on your appliance. You’ll wait forever with these people.

Prompt and excellent service for our LG washing machine. Darsh Addy is professional, articulate, interested, and he has a sense of humor about all these things that can go wrong with today’s technology(I don’t, however). I will not hesitate to call them again, and recommend this company with confidence.
