Dunkin’ Donuts

Ordered hot dark roast coffee at the drive thru. Coffee was cold in temperature. This place can’t get my order right. How difficult is to serve the proper coffee at the right temperature. Wawa’s down the road as well as McDonald’s seem to get my order right all the time.

We came at 10pm, the staff member was very rude. We ordered 3 coffees, two were wrong. We went back through the drive through and asked that they be corrected, he snapped to come around to the window, didn’t ask what was wrong just remade the two iced coffees. One of the incorrect coffees was hot. We stated that if he would just put some caramel swirl in a cup we could add it ourselves and would be happy. He said he could not do that, but could add it to the hot cup. When we said we did not want free coffees, he said we could just throw them away. Both of the two new coffees were still wrong.
Usually, this location has been good, but this was unacceptable. We will not be back.

This location is always out of the basics in the morning … like Munchkins?! They also have an issue getting your order correct.

Incredibly slow in drive thru and dine in. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not, still slow. There was also a two month period where they had no French cruler doughnuts. They are not understaffed they just need better leaders

Don’t order a breakfast sandwich from this DD they are always cold I have started going out of my way to the one on 66^th Street.

I haven’t been to one of these in years. Last time was in Wyoming.
The coffee was mediocre. This place has a reputation for coffee so I was a little bewildered.
The glazed donut I had achived par. I was hoping for a birdie.
There are so many of these about Tampa, they can’t help but be convenient.
Caution: this location appears to have a shallow parking lot as I witnessed 1 accident and 1 near accident in the short time I drank my coffee outside. Maybe I went there on don’t look backwards day, but I would pay careful attention when backing up.

Great coffee and good donuts. I’m a bit bias since they are right across the street so they received bonus points for convenience.

I wouldnt even give this place one star. Store looks great horrible service. Long line no staff. This is a daily issue. Each visit I made I have ran into problems with service and my order.
