I recently got the worst haircut of my life at this location. It is the only time I have ever cried due to a hair cut. I asked the girl to cut about 6 inches, taking my length from about the bottom of my shoulder blades to just below my collar bone. I also asked for a little bit of layering right at the bottom to take off some of the bulk (my hair is super thick, and tends to frizz and «poof»). She argued that doing that would cause my head to look like a triangle, and that she would put in more layers throughout that would make it lay more nicely. I figured she’s the expert, so maybe she’ll be able to cut it in a way that it will lay down and not puff up. Well, after I got home and my hair dried, I realized that I now have extremely choppy layers all the way up to my ears as well as «face-​framing» layers up to my chin that won’t even stay in a ponytail (which I told her was an absolute must for all my hair to easily go in a pony). I am completely devastated (yes, I know it will grow back, but STILL), and am taking every supplement I can find to make my hair grow out faster to get rid of these awful looking layers. I suggest either staying away, or bring in pictures of exactly what you do and don’t want, and do NOT let them tell you otherwise. Make sure you keep a close eye on what they’re doing the whole time.

RUN ! Nice people but Horrible job on my hair. The lady that cut my hair butchered it. I had to tell her to fix it 3 times .then I realize that the more she tries to fix it the shorter its getting. Now I’m pissed off, went home & got laughed at by my husband.

MY wife went here to donate her hair to locks of love, if you donate 10 inches of hair your haircut is free. can’t get better than that.
everyone there was nice and professional. my wife was in and out in under and hour despite the fact that there were a bunch of people there ahead of us.
If you want to check in to their store on your phone you can get into the haircut line before you get there and it lasts for up to an hour. it will save you wait time.
