I have never had a worse experience. The technician incorrectly identified issues on 3 our of 5 appliances that were assessed. One was a fraction of the cost. The other we are replacing. It took weeks for them to come back to replace a part on my microwave and broke another piece in the process of the repair. I had two subsequent appointments weeks later for them to replace the broken piece, when, both times they called the day before the appointment to cancel. They finally said that Wolf no longer makes this part. One of the estimates did not even include the piece that was broken. When the repairman returned, we shared with him all of our issues and he called his office and asked to review all the invoices. After numerous calls and emails to them and several attempts to reach the owner, his office assistant informed me that she is the only one who can help and that she would not review or assist. Did I mention they charged $ 645 to give me inaccurately diagnosis 5 appliances? I certainly would not recommend them. They are also known by another name, so beware.

These guys are as good as it gets! I was surprised when I searched for a SubZero certified repair company within 25 miles of the 33629 zip code. There are two… High-End service plus one other. With a name like High-End Service you might be a little concerned [I was] that their pricing would be high-end as well. Not my experience… at all. The technician, Adam, called me when he was 20 minutes out and arrived at the house within 15 minutes of his call. He knew what the issue was immediately and quickly resolved not only my primary issue but I also had a rattling fruit crisper door handle. He tightened that up and did a overall quality control check of my 42″ side-by-side SubZero fridge. The repair was covered under the factory SubZero warranty so it costs me absolutely nothing. He was a true professional and a gentleman who I would be comfortable leaving in my home alone to service any of my SubZero or Wolf appliances. My experience has been that appliance companies in the area can be hit or miss. Well I can tell you that High-End Service is a huge HIT. If you have SubZero or Wolf appliances which require service either under warranty or not, you will be making a mistake if you don’t start with High-End Service. It just doesn’t get any better.
