My order was wrong, employees were rude, and they had the backdoor open so it could vent their cigarette smoke… I’m not kidding a middle age overweight woman was smoking inside of the place… gross!

Food was good as you would expect for the cost of KFC. Store was a mess and seemed to be very much in chaos. Several people were coming to the counter complaining that their order was wrong. Not a single person even acknowledged that we were waiting to place an order. I was just about ready to walk out when after 10 minutes with no one in line — our order was taken. I bet the Colonel would not be happy!!!
