HORRIBLE. I walked and walked around in the plaza looking in all the windows of this dumpy building for their DOOR. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. I walked around for 15 minutes and finally found their door. They WOULDNT LET ME IN. I got there at 3:58pm.

Terrible! Long waits with hardly anyone in the building. Under staffed. Broken ac? Hot in the waiting room.
Terrible management. Called the front desk manager into a meeting after the waiting area filled. No regard for patents time. Very disorganized.
