It’s nice because it’s very inexpensive as compared to other acupuncture facilities. But it’s a bit too informal for my taste. I was being treated for weight loss and menstrual cycle regulation. One week I rescheduled my appointment for a week later(due to an accident I was in; I thought it better to let my body heal than to do acupuncture). But David just went ahead and cancelled my appointment and emailed me stating«Why don’t you come back to me when you have more time… I cancelled your appointment». My issue with this is that I already pre-paid for this appointment. I’m wondering if this is how he does business… I’m pretty sure he isn’t aloud to dictate when I can use a pre-paid appointment; not to mention, I never signed anything that stated the pre-paid appointments had to be used in a certain timeframe.
