Laser and Cosmetic Center

In response to the response from Laser and Cosmetic Center, that is just untrue as my eyebrows didn’t take the second application and are already beginning to fade after only 2 ½ months. I stand behind everything I reported on this Center. She has never contacted me to redress any issues., which would be the Professional thing to do.
There are plenty of Medi-​Spas in the tri-​county area that will be happy to abide by what they quote and that will go the extra mile. The way she spoke to me was insulting beyond words.
That is the reason that I fired her. Be careful and always but always check before you get into a complicated situation as I did. I am very very unhappy and told her from the getgo that the color was wrong, (charcoal gray for a blonde???) and the shape was wrong and I told her how hideous the color was and the shape. I reiterated that over and over.
Since they are already beginning to fade, that means they will last less than a year for $ 350.00? I dont think that is a good buy for anyone. Again, I was charged way more than the $ 10 for Botox that I was quoted and she told me oops, her math failed her on the quote.
She owes me a refund and should be happy I am not taking this to Small Claims court.
As for her redressing the issue of the fading brows, she cannot lay a hand on me ever again.

I have been going to Laser & Cosmetic Center for over 7 years now and love Jesse and all of her staff… She is such a perfectionist, it’s so great to have someone that truly loves what they do and cares about how you feel (and look)!
Jesse has done permanent makeup for me as well as needling and microderm abrasions with her as well. She only uses the best products on her clients and is very honest about what you can expect from the different treatments. Jesse has a large, long-​term client base because she is honest and truly cares about the people that come into her facility.
I have had also had Botox and fillers done by her on-​staff doctor, Dr. Valdes and he has done an amazing job for me. I always look natural and am extremely pleased with all of the procedures that I have gone to them for over the years.
I have had one experience in this office where the procedure that I wanted was not what Dr. Valdes thought would solve my issue. He respectfully and professionally let me know that he did not feel comfortable performing that procedure on me because he did not feel that it would live up to my expectations. I have great respect for someone who will turn away business for the well-​being and happiness of their clients. I find this ethical behavior both refreshing and extremely rare (especially in the beauty industry which I believe is highly competitive).They are not looking to make a «quick buck» which is why they will not enlist the use Groupon or Living Social. They have fair prices for amazing service and I have recommended her to DOZENS of people over the years. Whenever someone comments on how great my eyebrows are, I always pull out my phone and give them the number to Laser & Cosmetic Center. .
It’s a shame that there are so many people out there that treat all of their patients the same. I have found the staff at Laser and Cosmetic Center to be extremely professional and well trained in all of the procedures that they perform. They have an immaculate work space and office so I never have any concern about infections or cross-​contamination. If Jesse has any doubt about her tools, she immediately changes all of them out. This must be a big cost for her but that’s why I exclusively go to her office for anything that I want done… I know that they truly care about their clients and they has done such great work for me over the years… I’m going to be starting with laser hair removal in a few weeks and I am so excited that they are now offering at their office now because I trust that the team there will make sure that I am safe and it is done well.
I highly recommend Jesse and Laser & Cosmetic Center for any beauty needs. Even if you aren’t quite sure about having something done, she can always make time for a consult and will always give you advice that you can count on.

I’ve been a longtime client, which speaks volumes don’t you think? Every treatment I’ve had from Jessie, Lisa and Dr. V. have been done to my satisfaction, and I’ll continue to be a client for many years to come.
