Thanks for my messed up order!!! And for double charging me!!! You wonder why you don’t make 15.00 an hour and robots are replacing you.

I’ve only been to this McDonalds’ a few times, and have never had a problem. The premises are clean outside and inside, the service is as good and accurate as fast food is these days, and the food is better than other locations in the Bay area. Nice job, overall!

Not impressed at all. I came in with my grandson to enjoy a meal. I came in and the high chairs were over were the drive thru was… I made the trek across the store to get the high chaIir which was very heavy and seemed to be of metal and was not on wheels. I dragged it to the only space available which was also for disabled as I am as well. It seems alot of there tables are higher than normal and not good for high chairs or children. It was very heavy to move this with a baby in my arms. The lady cleaning the lobby saw this and didn’t offer to help in fact she waited until I took baby to the front to order and put the high chair back where I just ddragged it from. I was upset and said something. She gave me a dirty look and asked me if i have a problem? Are you serious? Never coming back here at all. The manager couldn’t even offer up an apology or anything. I was so upset and my grandson was to we didn’t eat. We just left.

I like this location very much. It is clean and the service is good. Recently, after seeing the commercials for the new chicken burger, which looks really good, i decided to give it a try. My mother and I ordered one for lunch the other day. We got them in the drive thru and brought them home to eat. The sandwich was horrible. There was about 3 or 4 pieces of onion, and barely enough ranch to wet the bun. In the commercial, there were onions falling out of the bun, and ranch dripping down the side. I understand the ad has to make the sandwich look good, but this was ridiculous. Plus I think the chicken was greasy tasting. It was defiantly not all white meat. The new buttermilk crunch chicken sandwich is excellent if you are hungry for a chicken sandwich.

Idiots can’t get an order right. it is their job to receive an order. when you ask for .no this and no that. make it.and they fail right there. haven’t been back since. i also may add I took the matter up with the night manager and realized I was just venting to an anal canal.

This McDonald’s absolutely sucks. Every time I go thru the drive thru it’s slower than molasses. Order is normally wrong. I was so excited when this was gonna open… I don’t even go any more

tried it mixed review but the staff was very good and food was good. enjoyed this location very much. much needed.

I must disagree with the other reviews. Since this location opened (2yrs?) I have gone to the drive through 9 times (I’m obviously a slow learner) and EVERY SINGLE time they have screwed up the order. Missing fries, missing sandwiches etc. They clearly don’t change/​filter the fry oil as often as they should because fries and nuggets are often DARK brown and bitter tasting.
I finally decided to write this review because just this morning I once again returned to this location for more punishment (I’ve got young kids who like McDs) and I went into the outer lane of the «both lanes always open» drive through and guess what? FOUR cars were served on the inside lane before I gave up and went up the street to Burger King.

Not bad for McDonalds but the staff is kinda rude. has a kind of a café feel to it. They’re pretty fast and accurate. Would overall rate 3 out of 5.

This is one of the newer McDonald’s. It sits across from the west entrance to the Largo Mall on Seminole Blvd. The employees all seem on the ball and friendly. One of the better run McDonalds in the area.
Again, this is based of the quickness of the staff, and quallity of mainly the Ice Coffee.
