This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to, and I actually really enjoy pizza hut’s pizza most of the time. They’re the only ones that deliver to my house, so I keep trying, and they always mess something up. I have gotten so many disgusting pizzas from this place. If you can choose another, you probably should. I kept getting pizzas that were bone dry, so I started asking for them with extra sauce. They were still coming dry. I talked to the manager and she told me that is just how they come, which is not true since I have eaten Pizza Hut my whole life and know how they should be. Then I got a pizza that had so much sauce it was falling apart and mushy, so much that it seemed like a joke or a retaliation. I just gave them another chance and the same exact thing happened. When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t apologize or anything and after she told me she’d give me a credit I said, «I appreciate that, have a nice day,» and she just hung up! Worst customer service and food here that I’ve EVER had.

I thought spinach is supposed to be cooked with the pizza not thrown on top as if they forgot.

I don’t usually eat pizza, but when I do it’s a spinach pizza. I ordered a pick up, and as usual the cashier showed me my pizza. It was pretty obvious that they forgot the spinach. The cashier added the spinach, showed me the pizza once more, and the cold spinach just sat on top of my hot pizza. The cashier said, «This is literally how are spinach pizza are made.» Any other pizzeria cooks the spinach with the pizza. I asked him if he could stick it in the over so that the spinach would welt, but he didn’t. One of the managers said its policy that they can’t cook the spinach, which is bull crap. She proceeded to try to talk my ear off about other nonsense to distract me from my unfinished pizza. Needless to say, they suck. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. For the record, the quality of the pizzas have gone from a 9 to a 2.

Ok so I’ve ordered many times from this location and every time seems to have mistakes. I had a delivery order and they had to make 3 trips to my house for the same problem!!!

It’s been a long time since I had ordered Pizza Hut — it will be an even longer time before I do again. Bad, Bad, Bad. Gave the hut a try and ordered their ‘Big Dinner Box’ — 2 pan pizzas, wings, and breadsticks — I know gross already but the kids were hungry. We even opted for the extra $ 1.30 each for extra cheese. Pizza arrived 25 minutes later than they had promised via email, I called the store after 15 minutes and they told me the driver had left 40 minutes earlier(we live about 10 min from the store). Okay, stuff happens, but strike one. Pizza arrived in a gigantic long box(there may be more cost in cardboard than actual pizza). The pizza was god-awful, bad sauce, bad bad cheese, and the toppings(bacon on one and pepperoni on the other) were disgusting. I don’t know what that meat was they called bacon, but bacon is the holy of Holies of meat. I know bacon, and you sir are no bacon! Strike two. The chicken wings were not what we ordered — at least I hope not. We ordered classic, crispy bone in wings mild. What arrived looked like some sort of mutated mini wing-like thing that was very over-breaded and soggy — no ‘crispy’ to speak of and they had a sort of Asian sweet and sour taste as opposed to buffalo. I have been to Vietnam and Korean and eaten similar delicacies, but the usually barked before… Strike three. Save your stomach, save your money, save your pizza loving soul and order from anywhere else.

I generally am not a fan of this or any other chain pizzeria, but on a cold, wet, and windy night, when I was disinclined to cook or brave the elements for a meal, the heavily advertised Cheesy Bites sounded like it might be worth the $ 11.99 investment. Surprisingly, it was. So-named due to the cheese-stuffed, garlic-flecked, pull-away puffs of dough that trim the outer edge of the crust, it had a nicely spiced sauce, sufficient mozzarella and parmesan, and a generous layer of grilled white-meat chicken. Despite the weather, the pie was delivered in slightly less than the forty-five minutes promised. With sufficient leftovers for today’s lunch, it proved to be a bigger — and more delicious — bargain than I anticipated.
