This Public Storage has great customer service. Office is always clean and neat.
The area where my storage unit is located is also clean and neat.
Jessica has worked with me when I’ve had problems with my rent.
I would recommend this location to my friends.

We were given the incorrect unit number when we rented our unit so we could not get into it when we moved in, and had to pay movers twice to come and move our furniture, the person in the office only gave a 1 – 800 number to call and said she couldn’t do anything else to help us. However I just spoke with the district manager who was very kind and understanding and has made an arrangement to cover our additional moving cost. So I would say make sure they give you the correct unit number, and if you have a problem ask for the name and number of a manager.

Public Storage was very accommodating with my unusual rental problem and specifically Jessica (199 Missouri Ave N, Largo, FL 33 770‑3763) & Nikki (Pasadena, MD) went out of their way in assisting me with a rental during a difficult and trying time. Their customer service was FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend stopping in to their locations for your storage needs.
