great customer service. It’s a little hard to find (right beside Mcdonalds, and behind a hair salon) but look for the «bike» sign and you should be there! Its a nice store and seriously you cant beat the customer service.

I was really glad they were open on Sunday. Went in to grab some new bar tape, and the dude helping me (I think his name was Rick) was super helpful. Not pushy at all. He actually offered me the «not-most-expensive» bar tape. So I could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell me stuff. Ended up getting some new used handlebars too. Really great deal. He also invited me to the Saturday group ride which I’m pretty stoked about.
I’ve definitely found my go-to bike shop.

Wanted to say thanks to Rick for the fantastic service. My wife and I were looking to rent bikes for the Pinellas Trail while we were in town and Rick was great on the phone when I called and even better in person when we picked up the bikes. Very convenient also, plenty of parking and the shop is located right next to the trail.
Only took and few minutes to get the bikes, a bike lock, and a tire flat kit and we were on our why. The rental bikes are nice bikes, not the typical junk you get from most shops.
When we got back to the shop, drop off was super easy and the bike selection for purchase seems to be endless. We will be back.

This is the reason LBSs do so well. This shop is, essentially, a large warehouse turned into a showroom and repair shop. They have a selection of bikes that they stand behind, as well as accessories and apparel for sale. In the back is a full repair shop.
One can find a solid repair team, here. If you are lucky, you’ll find Rick or Jason behind the desk as you go in for a repair. Those two have great insight and experience, especially helpful to those that aren’t as familiar with the biking world. Otherwise, one can expect to find perfectly competent staff to assist with such things.
Prices are MSRP, but with that comes friendliness and service that are hard to match. A free 90 day tune-up comes with each new bike purchase to ensure tight cables and a good riding experience off the bat.
