I had a great experience here with my first mammogram ever. The tech was wonderful. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Results were sent to my doctor’s office promptly. Highly recommend Rose Radiology!

Great clinical staff, fast turnaround, easy in/​out for appointments. Patient-​first philosophy and MD-​owned. Been using their services since 2009, always the best in Tampa Bay.

I had an appointment @ 3:15 pm on 2÷26÷2014. I arrived @ 3 pm. The lobby was busy they have a lot of people working in the office, but only 1 person working check-​in and she was the only 1 answering the phone while 5 people wait in line. I use a cane, because I recently had back surgery in October 2013 and standing for long periods is very painful. I think I will go back to Palm Harbor MRI. These people should learn Customer Service Skills. The Office Manager needs to allocate more people to help patients with check in during busier times. Some patients can’t stand for long periods of time and if that person sits down the staff really don’t go out of the way to help you.

No insurance? Very reasonable self pay rates.
I had to go here for an MRI on my Achilles. My worthless insurance wouldn’t cover it so I opted for the self pay option.
I had an appointment and despite having a full waiting room, I was seen immediately. Everyone from the front desk to check out was very pleasant and respectful. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me.
There was a private lockerroom to lock up your personal items and change into a gown if you weren’t dressed appropriately. The facility is very clean.
I requested a CD of my MRI and by the time I dressed and walked out the front door, there was a person waiting for me in the hallway with my CD. It was a clean hand off and I was on my way.

You can walk in without an appointment but they would prefer you to make an appointment to reduce wait time. I called around 8:30 am and was able to get a 9:45 am appointment for an x-​ray. They were true to their word and promptly at 9:45 they called me back. The office was clean and they provide secure dressing rooms with lockers for your purse while you are in the exam room. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a quick x-​ray or MRI.
