The Beverage House

Their selection of champagne is sad. They have, at most, six bottles to choose from.

A lot has changed in the two years since I wrote my first review of the Beverage House. First of all the, personable Billy is no longer there. The characters who were there after Billy left are thankfully no longer there too.
Now enter the new owners Suzanne and Frank. These two friendly owners have morphed the beverage house into a true house of spirits, beer, and wine. Both Suzanne and Frank are both very engaging and knowledgeable about the products that they sell in their store. If you don’t see something that you want, just ask Suzanne or Frank and they will look into whether or not they can get it. A lot has to do with the area distributors as to whether or not they themselves carry a certain product, but Suzanne and Frank will do everything they can to meet your needs.
Be sure to say hi to Mocha, the ever present shih-​tzu «guard dog.» Too cute!!!

Very clean. The plc smells like bleach and chlorox. Good selection of drinks– they even got a sale section!

Incredible beer knowledge and will stand behind their suggestions. Amazing. New fav in the area.

When you come inside this store, stop and take a look around. You’ll have to do that in order to take in all of what this place has to offer, especially in craft beer.
The staff is dedicated to customer service, and is always very willing to help get what you need if it isn’t in the store. They can’t have everything a person might want, waiting on the shelf for you, but they’ll do everything they can for you to get what you’re looking for. Don’t be surprised if they remember you’re name every time you visit, afterward.
The selection on beer is, quite frankly, amazing. It is difficult to find a store, so dedicated like this one is, in the area that has so much to offer. Imports and domestic alike, the variety is there for any palate. Most beers are offered by the bottle and you can build your own 6-​pack for a reasonable price. This way, you can try out the ones you’ve never heard of before dropping money on a case (or whatever size package) that you may not like, after all.
If you have questions, ask away! You will be met with friendliness and diligence. Often, too, the other regular customers can offer you suggestions or point you in the direction you want to be in. It’s just that kind of place.

Party on a Budget? Smoking is your guilty pleasure? The Beverage House has the best prices in the area. Friendly Service too! Wine, specialty beer, cigarettes at lower pricing than other area stores. Parking in good also.
If friendly service, decent prices, and a wide array & variety of goods sounds great then visit the Beverage House on East Bay Drive! I go because of the $$$ I save!
