went for the $ 19.99 oil change, they gave me the bill was $ 41, said my car needed special oil, which it does not, and also charged me for shop supplies but could not tell what those supplies were. Said I need 2 radiator hoses and my radiator was bad, The radiator was only a few months old and nothing was wrong with it. They wanted over $ 300 to replace the 2 hoses. I said no, and the man was not happy I would not replace them. I left, went and had the hoses check else where, 1 was not bad, the other had a small soft spot but did not need replace like they said. I went, bought a hose, and replace it myself, for $ 17.08. RIP OFF places like this should be not allowed to operate !!

I had my brakes done, an oil pan gasket replaced and a coolant leak fixed about a month ago. The brakes were squeaky for the next few days after I picked it up. They got me back in right away, machined the rotors and did not charge me. About a month later, I noticed the the coolant leak was back. They replaced a bad clamp and ran a pressure test at no charge.
It would have been nice for everything to have been correct on the first time, but I am writing this review due to how well they took care of these two issues. They were very prompt and courteous about doing this rework. They covered both issues without me having to ask. I will continue taking all of my vehicles to them.

I had a really good experience at this store. As a younger female there is always a certain amount of anxiety going to a mechanic. I have been played before and it was not fun. I felt really comfortable here. I just got basic services and of course they tried to up-​sell services, but they did it in a non-​threatening or combative way which I really appreciated. They were honest and did a great and timely job. I will definitely come here again.

This place like many of their competitors, is a very slimy business. It was $ 19.99 over the phone, then i get here and its $ 30 cause my car uses 5w20 instead of 5w30, ok, when i asked how much? it was $ 42.50 with the «shop fees» and all kinds of hidden costs. Needless to say i walked, if they hadnt lied to me over the phone i wouldnt have wasted my Saturday coming here.
So after reading the comment brirrany left i decided to call and see what she had to say, my calls have never been returned and ive left several messages. Apparently the only purpose of her comment was to seem like thos is a proactive company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, this is clearly not the case, otherwise i would have been contacted about this.
Ive worked on cars since i was just a tike, most recently as a tow truck driver for AAA, belive me i know what customer service looks like, this is not it. Many of these chain stores do stuff like this, hidden costs, bait and switch, upselling products a person doesnt need, such as «high mileage» oil changes, my car has 200,000 miles on it, oil even if it costs 5x as much wouldnt justify that sort of price increase, its just another scam, why doesnt ford recommend «high mileage oil» Im surpised they dont offer to put fresh 2015 air in your tires for only $ 99.99, my advice is to find a small local auto mech and go with them, at least they usually only do what needs done. These chains are extortion experts, that focus on imaginary issues, problems and useless upgrades, its always funny how a $ 19 oil change is suddenly over $ 40 and the fact i cant bring my own oil is a wretched slap in the face.

We came here to get our tire fixed and they over charged to fix it. Sears is much cheaper by $ 10. If I was closer to Sears I would have gone there. (They charged $ 34 to take a nail out and fix the tire)
