Short review: Very good food. Great Service. Nice atmosphere. Great sauces.
Long review: I walk up and notice it is right across from the mall, great location. When you walk up you open the door, NO they open it for you. Great first impression. Then you wait in line, maybe 1 person in front of you, most of the time none. Then you order and notice they’re very friendly. I ordered the taco. Then you notice there are some sauce such as kick my a** and call me Sally. They’re very good. Then you sit down and wait maybe 5 minutes to get your food. Then you eat. The food is very good. It is definitely better than chipotle. The tacos are huge! I would definitely recommend it.

Come on Tuesdays for the Taco Special. Amazing service. They open the door for you, food comes quickly, extra large tacos, they come to your table to refill for drinks and check on you frequently.

I went here for lunch today and it was very good! It was a little pricey but I also got a LOT of food. Much more than I was expecting, actually. I got a Noritto Bowl, because I love burrito bowls from Chipotle, and it was delicious! I was offered chips with my entrée and I said sure why not. Little did I know the order of chips was literally bigger than everyone else’s entrees at my table! The chips were very good as was the bowl. I’d eat here again.

We like to go on Taco Tueadays. The staff is always quick and professional. They always hold the door for you which is a nice touch. The staff is always in a good mood and personable. The food is great, the chips and queso is my favorite. And they are on top of getting refills for drinks! I love this place. A bit busy for Tuesday special. More seating would be best for how busy it gets on that night.

PRO’s: The best tasting Burrito I’ve ever had. The Rice Bowl was very good.
CON’s: They forgot the chips, they brought them over, but forgot the salsa… lost personnel.
No handi-​wipes for your hands.
No trash receptacle available in the eating area.
We’ll be back, but only once-​in-​awhile.

EXTREMELY slow service. Ordered online in advance and still waited nearly 15 minutes. Guests that walked in after my pickup time got served first. Why bother with online? I stood for at least 10 minutes at the pickup counter feeling like the invisible woman. No even said «well be right with you.» Really bad customer service!

Love Tijuana flats! If your cholesterol will tolerate it EAT HERE OFTEN! I have eaten here quite a bit and love the burritos. The hot sauce bar is a favorite of mine to eat and my daughters to get for me to eat, hahah! She loves to get them and label them on a napkin with the faces that show the level of heat each has. The staff is friendly… really friendly… almost too friendly. They can be loud and some times interrupt your conversation to be overly excited about asking how your meal is. Don’t get me wrong everyone here is beyond good at their job but sometimes it could be dialed down a notch. I will definitely prefer them to a bunch of «I could care less» Try the taco Tuesday or the Throwback Thursday special. You’ll be glad you did.

The food and service is always great at this place. I have been to several and they are all very consistent. The one on Seminole in Largo is our regular spot. Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursday have especially good deals. They also have around a dozen hot sauces to choose from. Top Notch lunch spot!

Love this casual and fun place! The staff is always happy, energetic, and sometimes silly. There’s always a great selection of music playing, interesting art to look at (even on the ceiling) and of course the food and hot bar are yummilicious.

Right from the get-​go we had incredibly friendly customer service. One of the servers ran to open the door for us, because it was pouring rain outside. I’ve never encountered such nice customer service back home! So happy that they opened up this location. I’ve been to the one on Belcher Road a couple of times, but this location is much closer to where we normally stay when we are in the area. Food is great, especially love the taco salad! I will admit though, I’m pretty much a wimp when it comes to the hot sauces, and I normally just stick with the ones reserved for sissies. Will definitely come back, food is great, service, even greater!

I am so happy they opened this location, the entire staff is super friendly and make it an awesome environment. I usually order food to go and a Corona while I wait and colleen times it perfectly every time to where my food comes out as I’m finishing my drink. Colleen is also very personable and worth going into see. I’ve never had any problems here and my food always come out right!
