Embodies has the finest customer service I have experienced at a clothing store! I had searched the internet far and wide for a specific coat. I’d emailed several retailers asking about this hard-​to-​get coat. Embodies was the ONLY retailer that responded to my request.
Kenlynn not only reserved my coat, but since I was traveling, she held it and contacted me on more than one occasion to coordinate so we could be sure it wouldn’t arrive while I was out of town.
If only all businesses would give their customers such personal attention and follow-​through!

the light & airy boutique doubles as a gyrotonics/​pilates studio, where the lithe, lovely owner offers private sessions. highly recommend!
