Sam is the best at what she does! I am the biggest chicken when it comes to drawing blood. I always have to bring someone with me and I need to lie down or I will pass out. Sam is so patient with me and so fast. I barely feel anything at all. I owe her many thanks and hugs for being so kind with me and so understanding. If you have lab orders and hate getting your blood drawn, I highly suggest coming here! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Saw a woman here named Sam who was super awesome. I remember thinking, wow, she’s great. But I didn’t think to write a review. Anyway, a month later I was looking for a place to go for my GenovaDiagnostics testing– nobody accepts this testing any more. I went to 3 labs who didn’t accept it. So I called my doctor, who fwd’d my call to Sam, who directed me to the closest lab to me in SF that’d accept my test. When I got there the flobotamist said he had been expecting me and that Sam called ahead to let him know I was coming. In my books, that’s going above and beyond! 5 Stars, Woohoo!
