I have nothing but great things to say about TPM. Lee is our main point of contact and he has been quick to answer our questions my wife and I may have. Any service kinks have been handled in a very timely manner with no hassle. He has always been helpful and straightforward about getting things done. As you can see from other reviews, they do a great job.

We just hired Lee to find tenants for our newly-​renovated house in San Rafael. He was professional, thorough and responsive from the get-​go. All within a couple of weeks he gave us advice about renting the house, photographed and listed it, showed it, interviewed prospective tenants, thoroughly vetted them, drew up a detailed contract, and had us all sign. His rental-​price recommendation was right on, and the tenants he found seem great. I think he is well worth the 6% of the first year’s rent that we paid him.

I have a home in San Rafael that I needed to rent out and he was extremely professional and did all of the ground work to get it ready to rent. He uses good, inexpensive workers and found us fantastic renters. We ended up moving back into our home and found it better than when we left because of the updates he had made and the renters made absolutely no damage to the home at all.

I have a residential rental property and needed someone to advertise the property, show it, take the rental applications, perform due diligence on the applicants, write up the lease agreement, advise me of my landlord duties, refer me to good service providers, etc. Lee Petty did all of that and more. He is very detail oriented, reliable, and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.
